Congratulations! You have completed this module. At this point in the course, you know:

• Product managers identify customer needs and the larger business objectives that launching a product or feature can fulfill, locate and provide technical and business product details, and apply interpersonal skills with team members, stakeholders, and others throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Product scenarios generally include user profiles (personas), goals, problems, product features, user actions, user benefits, and more.

• The Porters Five Forces Model is a strategy that is commonly used to evaluate market attractiveness and aid in product management decision-making and planning.

• To mitigate Porters Five Forces, use a mix of strategic alliances, cost leadership strategies, product differentiation, and product focus.

• To plot the product concept using the Ansoff Matrix, determine if the product exists or is a new product, and determine if the product’s market exists or is new.
